Synopsis

Through the eyes and cultural bias of our  hosts, either chef Dan Hayes or bushman Art Napoleon, we take our audience on an exploration of Canada’s food landscape.

Examining the sources of a variety of different foods, we look at the problems in their sustainability and accessibility that have been created (or solved) in our modern society. Hopefully giving us all some Food For Thought.
