Synopsis

DAVE SMITH HAS AN UNUSUAL STORY. HE’S THE OWNER AND CEO OF A MULTI MILLION DOLLAR INDUSTRIAL PARTS COMPANY, BUT THAT WASN’T ALWAYS THE CASE. AT ONE POINT DAVE WAS ON THE BRINK OF LOSING EVERYTHING, INCLUDING HIS LIFE.

Dave Smith has been diagnosed with not one, but two life threatening diseases and is currently out on top. Trying to forget that stage 4 cancer can never be beaten he is seizing the day and recently launched a motorsports division. Where at 70 years old he is already taking the podium in just his fifth professional race. He grew up at the local racetrack and now wants to win the biggest race that is held there, the infamous Canada 200.

We’ll follow Dave through the most memorable races series of his life and his journey as he finds out his fate with cancer. This candid documentary follow him as he’s battling for his ego, a racetrack, and his life.
